THE GOLDEN GATE

This painting was in a vision the Holy Spirit gave to a friend of mine, Pastor & prophetic psalmist JoAnna Kendall Meyer. She asked if I could paint this and this is how this particular painting came about. The Golden Gate (Heb.”Sha’ar Ha’rakhamin”) is a beautiful structure of two arches: the northern arch is called the Gate of Repentance, and the southern arch, the Gate of Mercy… This Gate is easily viewed from the Mt. Of Olives and is believed to be the Gate that Yeshua would go through to enter the temple.
Interesting to me, is that the Gates look like “eyes”.. And I believe represents the “blindness” of the Jewish people as well as the modern day “Church” to who Yeshua (Jesus) really is and who we are in Him. It is interesting that the Arabs have built a cemetery outside the gates and have guards stationed there to prevent the coming of the Jewish Messiah. Believing that the Jewish Messiah would never cross through because of the “uncleanness” of a cemetery.
When Yeshua’s feet touch the Mt. Of Olives according to Zechariah 14… the Mountain will split….

Dana Hanson’s painting portrays the Power of the Holy Spirit through us as the two witnesses are blowing the shofar (instead of the Arab guards), breaking open the blindness of both Jew and Gentile (church).. The North arch representing REPENTANCE and the South arch representing MERCY is very symbolic of TRUE revival… We (Jew and Gentile Church) together as HIS BRIDE will come once again restore the Living TEMPLE of the Living GOD as we come together as ONE NEW MAN…. Yeshua being our PEACE the TRUE PEACE of Jerusalem. We will rule and reign with HIM.

The thousands upon thousands of people’s from every tribe and tongue and nation that are behind the breaking down of these cemented or blinded gates are the end time great harvest that will come before the KING OF KINGS when Israel is restored.

We are the Prophetic voice… the end time shofar blast has the authority to speak to the blindness of both Jew and Church to arise and shine!
