First Love

FIRST LOVE

May our Love for the LORD JESUS-YESHUA who is our FIRST LOVE stay strong, alive, overflowing, hot, respondent, active, forever growing and staying strong within our hearts towards our HIM.

For the days are coming soon where 2nd Thessalonians 2:1-3 will be upon us and we don’t want to be found falling away from the LORD. Proverbs 4:23-27 We must guard our hearts to protect them from being effected by the world, enemy and things that would try and put our fire, and our love out towards the LORD.

If these words from the LORD speak to you, have hope for you can turn back to your first LOVE-JESUS-YESHUA, HE says so.
“ I know all the things you do. I have seen your hard work and your patient endurance. I know you don’t tolerate evil people. You have examined the claims of those who say they are apostles but are not. You have discovered they are liars. You have patiently suffered for me without quitting. But I have this complaint against you. You don’t love me or each other as you did at first! Look how far you have fallen from your FIRST LOVE! Turn back to me again and work as you did at first. If you don’t I will come and remove your lampstand from its place among the churches. But there is this about you that is good; you hate the deeds of the immoral Nicolaitans, just as I do. Anyone who is willing to hear should listen to the SPIRIT and understand what the SPIRIT is saying to the churches. Everyone who is victorious will eat from the tree of life in the paradise of GOD.” Revelations 2:2-6

The LORD is warning us to keep our love strong in HIM and to not let our fire go out. When our fire goes out we get cold and HE warns us not to let this happen. When our love goes out our enthusiasm, excitement, sweetness, zeal goes and then our service for the LORD becomes mechanical and we end up just going through the motions and our heart is not in it.

If this is you then ask the LORD to forgive you, and go back to remembering that love and fire for the LORD when you first got saved and all HE did for you. Get your relationship back on track with the LORD, talk to HIM daily, let HIM back in. Get back in the WORD so it can produce life back into you. Get back into good Christian fellowship with other believers. Pray and start to be a witness of HIM again. Ask the LORD to help you share HIM with the lost and HE will.

May you be found by the LORD as this young girl is, her heart has been captured by the LORD and she is in love with her FIRST LOVE and has been found faithful unto HIM. For she has received the crown of LIFE. And so may you.
